WHITE STONE COFFEE'S

20 PROCESSES

1. Research the best and most appropriate coffee for growing in Northeastern Thailand
2. Choose only the best species
3. Select only the healthiest seeds
4. Prepare nursery with soil mixtures that comes from extensive White Stone research and testing 
5. Plant the seeds while providing the right amounts of water and shading
6. Move sprouts into nursery bags
7. Prepare plantations and trim fruit trees to achieve a balance between shade and sunlight
8. Plant young plants into pot with proper spacing for optimum growth
9. Nurture plant growth through watering, organic fertiliser, and through manual weeding to eliminate chemical usage
10. Harvest ripe coffee fruits, or “cherries
11. Bring cherries through “Wet Process”, transforming cherries to nuts
12. Divide the nuts into stock and mature
13. Shell the nut to expose the coffee beans
14. Select only the best coffee beans
15. Roast coffee beans with White Stone’s formula
16. Package in standard size by weight
17. Transport fresh 
18. Grind (optional)
19. Finely brew to taste
20. Ready to pour in your cup
